Hey I am waiting to see the specialist about a Hernia that I got. It is 2 weeks min away from just a consult. The doc said I could keep doing upper body and legs but no lower ab ex. My question is should I drop the weights to lower or keep up the same intensity??
I think that's a qeustion for your doctor to be honest, it all rather depends on the state of the hernia, how bad it is, exactly where the tear is etc.
