If you only work your arms once a week? Does this work? I've cut my arm workouts down considerably. only working biceps to once a week. My triceps are more often worked because I like doing inclined push ups while half way through my cardio routine. It's been a month and I have not noticed any change.. Of course not.. My arms have been the same size since I was 19.. A solid 16 inches.. Strong as all hell for my size..I would like to see an increase.
Any good ideas out there?

Generally speaking you need to add qo lbs of body weight to add a inch on your arms.

Your arms look really good for your size. I agree with mutt though, it's tough to add size to your arms without adding size all over. You body likes to grow proportionally. If your really serious about it, then you'll need to start a bulking cycle(eating a TON of clean calories and lifting heavy). But be warned, when you do bulk up, you're gonna put some fat weight on.

I've gained the weight and tried it that way before. While I was in the army from 2000-2003. weight about 210lbs. then was able to workout with more weight but my arms were still the same.. Always when I start to bulk up it just goes right to my chest and stomach area. My bench press will increase when I bulk up. Everything else stays pretty much the way it is. Guessing I would have to get up to about 250lbs. to see any real changes.. That would be expensive here in South Korea..

Well thanks any way guys... Should be happy with what I got I guess... But I'm not..lol..

Wait, does that say 90 lbs. for an inch on your arms?! How?!!! Wouldn't that mean that bodybuilders would be like 500 pounds? That sounds really disheartening.
