I am 18 years old, i was 63 kg, and i stared to work out 1 mount ago, now i am 70 kg,179cm, but i make that 1st two weeks, then i keep that weight, i am thinking of taking creatine, so its time to take now or i should keep working out without it for a while,
also i want to know, if i take creatine for 1 mount 10g a day, and than stop taking it, but keep working out, will i loose size or weight?
