No matter what pill or powder you take, it always comes down to your diet. You need to eat very specifically for your goals(i.e weight loss, or gaining muscle mass. Being that you are fairly new to proper weight training, there's a tons of gains to be had without the use of supplements. Save the supps for when you plateau.
