Realizing that to a beginner like me, when the ft program says an exercise targets the deltoids, front pecs, upper pecs, etc., I have no idea where those actually are!

Anyone have a link to a good web site with a diagram of these muscle groups? I'm looking for something a little more specific than the one here on the ft site.

Reason being is that when I am reading the descriptions of the exercises so I can understand what muscles I'm supposed to work out and contract and stretch, I sometimes don't know exactly what muscles they are talking about. If I had a diagram to refer to, that would be a good aid for me (where's mikencharleston and his internet searching savvy? :-)

I tried searching the 'net and couldn't find anything.

HI mazzgolf. Hope this website helps.

If you want to learn more I suggest taking an Anatomy and Physiology class. It is intense but you will learn how amazing our bodies really are!

Go to www.abcbodybuilding.com, then choose Anatomy from the main menu.
