Good luck and welcome.
DOMS hits at different times for all of us. I usually feel it about a day and a half after.

I'm Jo. This is the first time I've been able to view the message board and I have to say---I'm impressed with the amount of positive reinforcement.

On a personal note- I'm fat but I've worked out consistently for about 10 years. I'm an eater so it usually does nothing but keep me stable.

I began my second day thinking that I had felt nothing from the workout I'd printed out online the night before. Upset I doubted you.....and then the pain hit. I love it. I have not been sore since I began my trips to the gym in '99. Thank you.

Now if I can just get nutrition back on track.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. That's what the pain is called.
