Hey everyone I'm just finally beginning to feel as if I need to get in shape and overall body shape and I need some help to work out my whole body including cardiovascular and mainly the top end of myself... I am twenty four who thought I had an athletic body and would love to achieve having one once again :) so anybody with some hints and tips would be greatly appreciated!
