For once, I'd like to have a body I can be proud of. I've never been tone, and soon I'll be turning 40 which seems like the perfect time to achieve the look I've always wanted.

In the past I have been able to follow WW and lose weight. 20lbs in 4 month. Mainly by reducing my food intake, but gradually gained it back a year later. Then on my second attempt, I lost 20lbs by eating less, basically half of what I'd normally eat, and exercising, but 6 days a week. Again, it took 4 months. I need a balance. Exercising 3 days a week and having a decent nutrition plan I can stick to. Oh, and I'm sure my wine, one to two glasses of wine each night, doesn't help.

Now its back to the old drawing board, but this time due to pregnancy, not simply dropping the ball though I didn't exercise while I was pregnant. I gave birth to healthy twins last Oct.

I've been exercising since Jan. I feel more toned and can even see it in some areas, but my weight is the same. My most disappointing body area is my thights, like most woman, and then my stomach.

Even though I've lost weight on and off, I've never made it to my goal weight, 125! Like a lot of woman, I've done most everything. Jenny Craig, WW, my own eating strategy, exercising, personal training and it never lasts.

Now, I'm just tired, discouraged and unmotivated even though I continue to try to eat well and exercise. I need a push and the motivation to get results.

I think having someone I had to be accountable to helped, but I just don't know if I feel like going back to WW for that. Tho, they've been the only ones able to keep me accountable and losing the weight. Ugh!

Anybody have any suggestions? Tips?

Stick to something, sonner or later your eating habits will become instinct, and you won't have to feel like your fighting it so much to eat healther. There is no secret way to weight loss, so stop looking on the computer for the answer and start looking in the gym and at what you eat everyday.

P.S. Use sundays as your eating cheat days.
