At this site they give you a program but do they tell you what exercise to do and how many if so how do I get to that?? I am new and need your help!!!!!!!

Just go to FT exercise program and choose the right one for you!

Esha, after you sign up for a program, you can access your personalized workout schedule by going to the main menu and choosing myFT personal info, then ft Exercise Program.

Hi thanks alot!!, I start this monday, If I keep on shedule and work hard am I really going to get a better stomach like I want??? Should I do more than necessary workout???

No, just stay to your routine and you'll be fine. If you want results then you need to make your diet match as well.

so are you saying as I am just working out i will see no results in my abdominal area, I will not get muscles, but if I do my diet to match I will??

You would get muscles, it's just nobody will see them unless you lose bodyfat also
