Hello everyone
I just wanted to say hello and thank u to whom ever created this site.I have to testify and say Im in love.Started my work out plan early and it has cut my gym time in half.My objective is to run a Marathon 2010,so i came to this site looking for a crosstraining plan; Within two days of doing the plan as instructed i was skeptical it did not feel like it should be this simple .. I did the weighttraining and it targeted every muscle group as stated.Before i was all over the place,Now I go in follow the plan,train hard and don't have to think about what to do next..GREAT Site
