I am 12- 13 on october 29th and im 5'3" i really want/need to lose 20 lbs. I am currently about 120 lbs and i dont feel comfortable in my body. please help me!!! i have tried eating healthy and i do about 2 hours of excersizing every day, but i just keep gaining. i have tried tons of things, but nothing has worked for me. please, if you have advice that helped you or a friends share it with me!!!!!!

It would seem to me that even if you're eating healthy, you're still probably eating too much. Try eating around 1500 calories a day, and cutting the exercise back to maybe an hour a day. This'll stop you from over training and should put you on the road to some decent and sustainable weight loss.
