Nothing worth having comes quickly in fitness. 30 pounds is a steep order to fill. bb1fit posted a great cutting diet that is stickied in the diet forums. Also try getting a free exercise routine from the site. Just be careful; Wanting to do so much at once may cause you to crash and burn prematurely and lead to the weight coming right back on.
