Welcome to FT! I know it is hard with kids, I have 3 sons and a home based business that I help run withmy wife. Plus we help rescue and foster/adopt out dogs so our lifes are very hetic. I get in 3-4 days a week lifting.....it is part of my life as well as my sons and wife. I told you all of this to let you know that you are not alone. You just need to find that right time. I go to a YMCA and even though I am usually up at 5am and work 12 hours...I got at night with the kiddos...hope to see you posting on more often

FOR MY WIFE:
Her little ring was a little thing
but it was all that i could afford
now shes mine all mine
till the day i die
and i never wanted nothing more

Just keep staying consistent, it'll get easier as you go along!
