I just joined the site and I'm looking forward to helping out and getting great tips from everyone. I was wanting to ask a favor though. It's not much, I don't think, but I want someone who is also new-ish to work out side by side. Not literally, but be pen pals and encourage each other while we try to reach our goals. Hi there. I just joined the site today to finally make that commitment of losing some weight. My name's Ashley and i'm 22 years old. I am also looking for a support system on here because it is very diffcult having my friends as a support system when most of them are underweight lol. I'm in Nursing School so stress eating in one of my biggest problems. I was an athlete in high school and lost focus once college started. I can't wait to be a new person as well.
