I am a flight nurse and work 48 hr shifts that demand that I stay in the hanger waiting for a call. We have some work out equipment available as well as a chin up bar. Due to time constraints I can't change out of my flight suit into my work-out clothes on regular basis.
Instead, every time I walk by the chin up bar I do as many as I can and move on. I do this 5-10x/day.
Is this making me stronger or do I need to do a more organized set of reps and call it a day?
