Hi. I'm from Melbourne, Australia, and I think I need to lose around 50kg. I don't know how I let myself get this big, but I've just turned 29 and I'm sick of not living my life. I hate nights-out, I hate meeting new people and I'm afraid of trying new things, because I'm afraid of how I'll look/how people will percieve me.
It's time to start living, right? I'm hoping FT will provide the support and motivation I need.
