I have a 2.5 month old and a 3 year old and would like to start a diet/exercise routine, but am afraid of impacting my milk supply. I am 5'11" and 317lbs, actually lost weight while I was pregnant (pre-pregnancy I was 336). I really would like to get my life on track and be around to watch my little ones grow up. I have a treadmill and a stationary bike as well as free weights. Anyone have any suggestions on where I should start?
