I was just looking over the different kind of foods and I came across raisins, now I see that this thing has the highest calorie and carbohydrate rating. Are raisins really that good for a body that needs to be built??? And also from what I understand, eating just 1 cup of raisins is better then eating 10 peaches?

Yes, raisins are wonderful. However, most cannot eat 1 cup in a sitting because they loosen your stools. You will have horrible gas. At least, that has been my experience. If you can eat them in smaller quantities throughout the day, in your oatmeal, or on cereal, salads, etc. that'd be the way to go.

Okay thanks mate, and about the gas, well that won't be a problem because then I can keep the annoying people away.
