Hello to you all :)

Just joined and i can?t wait to start ?gyming? properly.

I've been going gym on/off for a few months now with no real results.

My aim is to be trim by Easter2010.
I am 185 lbs / 5?11 and looking to loose at least 10lbs .

I've been overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and its very confusing as to choose the best workout program. and i still dont know ...

I hope that with your advice I can get to the ideal shape.

Quick question, are the ?fat burners?/ ?muscle builders? powder intakes ? any good? i.e. there is no harm in taking them?

Thanks for you help :)

Welcome to freetrainers!
You mention you will start gymiing properly. It is not necessary to use any supplements to build muscle or supplements to aid in weight loss. The harm with them are to your wallet! Eat healthy low fat foods that are important to your health, eat complex carbs, and protein. Fruits and vegetables. You will start to see your clothes get big on you and develop those muscles all over your body at the same time by doing some resistance training..

--------------
Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.
