I'm 5'8" and 156 lbs and I want to slim down, tighten up and get fit. I figure my target weight should probably be 130-135 lbs. I go to the gym at least once a week though I'm shooting for 3 times a week. I don't want a plan that'll leave me feeling hungry and weak all the time; I want something I can stick to.
Welcome! As far as not feeling hungry all the time goes there's two things to do: Eat more frequently in smaller portions, and make full use of filler foods(i.e. low calorie foods like vegetables)at meal times.
