I'm 28, 340lbs, looking to lose around 200 lbs total.
I've been overweight since 5th grade, and maybe a little before, so, it's something I've become accustomed to.
I'm currently taking a new path in life (going back to school) and I think it's also a good time to get a little healthy. I started at a gym a while ago and don't really know how to get started. I've been doing some cardio, mostly elliptical and swimming, but I can't really afford a trainer and saw the website on a google search. I really want to lose weight the right way, so I decided to try this.
