hello, i am trying to figure out what to eat... all i know is i need to eat Protein -240 g ,Carbohydrates -560 g,
Fats -111 g, for a max of 4000 calorie's. if anyone could help me come up with a eating routine for a normal day that would be great (breakfast,lunch,dinner etc..). i am a pretty easy going eater and will eat anything that doesn't taste to bad.
