Hi. 23, 5'7", 185-190. (probably need to buy a scale, huh?)
my goal - try to reach my weight of 160 from early 2007.
had a regular exercise sched. going then, definitely not now.
As for my eating habits, i'd say they're alright for a college kid. but i can always improve!
Any tips, suggestions, or misc. comments appreciated!
hello im am 25years old. 5'2 tall and 235-240lbs. i have some really weight to lose. im scared because this is the biggest ive been and not pregent and the same time. i just had a baby 5 months ago but thats not a reason. i need help and that is why i am here. im not one that is a big time eater (like you would think) HA HA! but my problem is one big meal that is late. i need suppost so please cheer me on and give me some tips.
