I need to loose weight, I need to learn to eat healthy, and I need to find some exercise that I can and will want to do...How do you find the time to fit it all in when you work various hours a day,and you are in a sedetary postion, and you don't get enough time during your work day to eat right and consume the water needed...I am almost at the end of my rope...But I know I have to do something fast...Can anyone help me please????
