I heard that if you always work your abs but you would not see much result because fats is covering up your muscles. And you must do cardio to burn that fat,any one has any great cardio exercises that can be done without machines?

Running, walking, rollerblading, bicycling, just get your body moving, also search for HIIT on here

Any thing that gets your heart rate up. If you do something you enjoy it does'nt even seem like work. Lumina I have a question what is (HIIT) I must be slow at getting these dam abrieviations.

okay that was the same thing I was wondering England7 I am working out but no abdominal muscles, thanks alot, I will have to start walking so I see a difference!!

high intensity interval training go to abcbodybuilding.com, click on workouts, then choose aerobi conditioning and you'll see an article on HIIT, but as I said before that same article is on this site and you might find it if you use the search feature on here
