I filled in my profile, picked my excercises, but when I goto my FT Excercise Program it only lists the excercise, but not actually what you do for it; will this come when it starts? (On the 29th).

That doesn't sound right. There's no recommended number of reps and a place to put in actual weights?

If you click on the word description it will give you a detailed description of what to do for the exercise, some cases a picture

I don't see that anywhere. Here's all I see: Personal Exercise Program Goal - Gain Muscle Mass Training *CHANGE*

Alone with the start date... will I not be able to see it until it starts?

Ok...here's your problem. Up on the top, choose "Your Exercise Program." Then, accept the terms. From there, you'll be able to see your actual workout schedule.

I had that same prob, go up to the top and choose your exercise program, I agree and you'll see a shedule, click view week in advance and you'll see what exercises you have to do and how many by clicking printer friendly!! Hope it helps!
