Does anyone have any supplement advice or recommendations? I'm currently working out five days a week and taking Whey protein. Last year when I was working out this much one of my friends who worked out a lot recommended CMI's no3 overload and CMI's BIG... Any suggestions would be helpful.
Yeah, just a few months ago I was watching the news and heard that some supplements may cause liver failure... And I thought about this.. Well about 9 years ago I was taking this particular supplement regularly and it just happened to be the same one the health community was talking about. Hope it doesn't effect me later down the road.. I'm off supplements now for about 4 years and I haven't seen much difference..
