i need help with a routine

hey- im 14 yrs old 5'9 and weigh 141.. i was wondering if anyone had a good routine that i could use to get cut and gain muscle mass

Fill out your exercise profile (my personal info then ft exercise program) then pick what you want to do as far as short term goals and ft will create a workout for you that can you view week by week...

Yeah, simply go to my profile Info and then click exercise program and fill out that, you say what you want to accomplish and they give you a shedule, I started mine this monday and I feel the workout, try it!
