on the muscle group exercise sheet it has the exercise four times with a taget number beside it, do you do that number and then take a rest and then do the next number or can you do the first number of each exercise and then go back to the beginning and do the second number, I hope this doesn't sound to dumb, I'm new at this as you can tell.

Each exercise is a group of 4 (known as sets). Do the number of reps (abbreviation for repetition) with a 1 min rest between each, then move on to the next. Don't feel dumb, everyone started as beginners, even Arnold!
