So, I got 2 dumbells last week. Seeing as how I haven't done any weight bearing exersizes other than lifting children for the past 4 years, I got 2lb-ers. Now, I am only on day 2 of my program(one from here on FT) but I am already thinking I may need to go get 3lb-ers or even 5lbs-ers, and I made it through all the chest/bicep sets today with no problem at all. Should I go ahead and get heavier dumbells tomorrow, or wait until next week and see if it is more difficult on some of the other exersizes?
