Routine question

I just signed up and was reviewing the routine of my exercise plan. I'm a "hardgainer", and I thought I read somewhere that it is better for me to do compound exercises, with lower reps and higher weight. Does anyone know if this is true?

Dan, this is true. What does your program suggest and which one did you sign up for?

Yes, if you want to gain mass, you will want to do low reps and heavier weights.
