Hi.I am trying to gain weight by building muscle.I normally work each muscle group for an hour, but I would like to know: Should I be working my muscle groups once a week, twice a week or three times a week?? I want to get a lot bigger! Please give me your input.

Provided you do each exercise with proper form, you shouldn't need to work them more than once per week.

Once per week, except for abs. My training split (when I'm not on my powerlifting routine) would be as follows:
Mon - Legs/calves Tues - Rest Wed - Shoulders/abs Thu - Chest/triceps Fri - Rest Sat - Back/biceps/forearms/abs Sun - Rest
