well i work in fast food so my schedule is never the same my breaks are not consistent i sometimes dont even get any, ive also considered meal replacement. shake so what would u guys recomend i do?
Try and keep your schedule as steady as possible. The reason is to keep your metabolism steady. If you misss an odd meal here and there, no big deal, but if it is a regular situation that you find yourself in, then go with a good meal replacement.

One thing I might add; please don't eat any of your meals(or as few as possible) from where you work. Fast food is notoriously bad for calories. Even the "healthy" options don't stack-up to what you could prepare at home and bring with you.
