Hey everyone, I'm new to this site, looking to use it to stay focused and organized with my workouts and diet. I lost 40lbs in 2009 and still have about 15more to go. I find I often run low on motivation and energy. Motivational tips are always appreciated...Good Luck all with your fitness goals!!
