Is it bad if my Calories, Carbs, Protein and Fat Intake is lower than recommended?

If your calorie intake is lower than what your body requires, you could end up storing fat for your body to use as energy, in other words, your body thinks it is in a starvation stage. Best to get your recomended calories which should be around 12-15 calories per pound of bodyweight.
