Hi. I am in the army and use to pushing myself when it comes to physical training. Unfortunately, genetics is not on my side and I come from a family where women naturaly gain weight into extreme amounts. What I'm trying to do is stay fit and healthy but also give myself better direction. What I'm fearing right now is that I'm weightlifting, running, and trying to modify my diet yet, I'm gaining weight rather than losing it. I could always use some help/advice.:cool:
