on june 8th of 2009 i had lap band surgery before surgery i was 390 lds in a 42 pants and a 5xl top. now on jan. 06 2010 i weigh 209 in a 33 pant and a xl top. sounds great but i am weak as heck.. has any one had the same prob? does any one have a good work out routine they are willing to share.
I had gastric bypass, my advice is to do a 5 day a week one body part per workout routine for 3 months,....add in cardio after 3-4 weeks.
