Hey all. I just wanted to pop in and say hi. I am 35 years old and know quite a bit about fitness, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology. I have a gym membership that I use 3 days per week. My overall goal is to gain strength and size. Also, I got into a bad habit "excessive drinking" and "smoking cigs". The drinking is gone now, but the smoking is taking a lil work on my part. Any good advice for motivation would help :big_smile:
