Hello everyone, Allow me to introduce myself: I am Diamonds415 and I am VERY serious about reaching MY OWN personal goals in the new year 2010. Fitness/body type pictures will be coming soon, I don't have any of myself flexing in the mirror YET! My main goal, to gain mass and round out my very thin body (5'4" and 112 lbs), but keep a sleek, petite, feminine physique and make my body the healthiest it can be. I'm not new to exercise, but I have not worked out in over a year. I danced from the age of 3 to 23, but have not danced in 5 years. I do not know ANYTHING about serious body shaping, weight training and want to begin a sustainable routine and habits to better my body for the rest of my life. Main question...how can I do this?
