Hello! I am 24 years old and have a lot of...well, excuses....as to why I can't lose weight. I am a new mother to a beautiful 4 month old boy. I am married to a man who loves to eat and hates to be active, which really makes it hard for me. I am insulin resistant, so my body doesn't break down sugars into energy, but rather to belly fat. I try to diet and exercise, but I tend to get frustrated and give up after I see no results after a few weeks. I need a lot of help!
Welcome to freetrainers. There are no excuses for you because I used them all up. It's all about you, so don't worry about what your husband is eating for now. He will eventually get into a healthy routine also. You have to focus more on diet then exercise., even though both are complimentary to each other.. What is your carb intake like? How often do you eat?
