When I gain weight, I gain it in my butt & thighs; that makes my body look misproportioned because my chest area is not very big. If I do squats and other exercises that work those areas am I going to make my thighs & butt bigger. I know it will burn the fat but I don't want them to get any bigger then they already are....I definitely don't need help in that department LOL!! I want that hour glass figure :)
