I am 49 female, and for almost 6 months I was walking daily and exercising. Then winter happened and it all went by the wayside. I'm considered obese, that word makes me cringe more than the word *fat*. I need an online buddy to keep me motivated in return I can keep you motivated. I'm looking for someone in the same position, one that needs to lose more than 20lbs. Can we continue our journey together?

Hi!! Sure! I'll b ur buddy. I'm looking to lose 20lbs. myself. I'm from Hawaii. How bout u? So, I wake up every morning at 5;30 n start stretching. Then I do minimal weights for about 15 minutes and then I take a walk for 30 min. So far 3 days n I feel good already. Not a morning person but I am now!lol! Come walk with me! TTYL!:)
