my bench is 225 im graduly raising my weight but i dont want to power lift i want to body build and im starting to plateu wat other kinds of sets can i do i do a 10 8 6 4 2

those reps are not bodybuildinh levels more of a powerlifting range.......

I would look into a 5x5 or a 5/3/1 program.
