1000 a day is far too few calories for you to be eating right now. If I were you I'd be shooting for closer to 2200, with the exercise cut in half. The reason I say this is that you are at an almost break-neck pace right now, and will not be able to maintain this as time goes on. At the moment you are feeding your body far too few calories and this may result in your body hoarding calories as soon as you deviate from your current routine. Sorry if this sounds negative but believe me I know what I'm talking about.
Being healthy is all about finding a balance that works for you. Consistent weight loss will happen with dietary and exercise consistency. Once you get balanced out, you can have the kind of weight loss that stays off, even after a day here or there where you "fall off the wagon".
