which of these is the best routine for a beginner.
heavy weights w/ few reps and sets?
in other words would I be better off if I could handle a max. of 100 lbs. 15 reps 1 set or 75 lbs. 15 reps 2 sets or 75 lbs. 25 reps 1 set?
