hi all, new to this site its pretty nice.
anyways... I have been working out now for probably 3 months about 3 times a week for an hour or so a day, ive also been jogging 2 days a week for an hour each but i have not noticed much muscle gain. I Want to put on muscle mass and am afraid im not gettin enough calories how many should i be taking in a day roughly?
Im 5"10 and 185lbs male
Start with 15 cal per lb of bodyweight to determine number of calories to consume. Monitor this for roughly 2 weeks and if you don't see a gain add. Remember to add protein and good carbs, no processed foods.
