Hello! I'm 25 years old and have fought with weight for awhile now. I've done a couple diets and exercise routines, I just haven't found one I like. Can anyone suggest a great starter workout???? I know Cardio is top dog in this and I am doing a few things already. Just wondering it anyone has a success starter that may help me get going.

Cardio is great but resistance training and healthy diet with that is even better. Try a program on here and welcome aboard.

Cardio can get realy boring,
try to keep yourself interested by changing the type of cardio work your doing every day.
I really like the results I see from running, but thats just me and probably just because I love running.
Jump roping is great cardio!
30 mins of cardio will definitely help you lose weight, and it doesn't have to be all in a row, feel free to take breaks!
