Excercise and workout plan needed

My name is Anthony and I finally got off my butt and got a gym membership. I need help making a excercise plan to follow as well as nutritional plan to follow....If there is anybody that can help me out and could maybe email me some plans to follow it would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to lose the weight and tone up. I have not the slightest as to what I should be doing to get started and what to follow.. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks!!

Welcome to Freetrainers. Most gyms have an orientstion session free of charge but since you are here and asking for assistance, here it is. Since you mentioned lose weight and tone up, you may want to use the "Weight loss and definition training" program on here. Fill out the questionnaire and at the end of it click on "I agree". It will have designed program for your needs.
