I am currently battling with being overweight. 2 years ago I lost 25Kg (i don't know what that is in pounds - I am in Australia) I lost that weight in 3 months from just exercise. However I twisted my ancle, and my gym buddy left town, so I never went back to the gym. I miss the way I felt being fitter!!

I have all the gym equipment at home, but I just can't seem to do it. I can't convince myself to get in there and do something. I don't know if I need encouragement, or just a kick up the arse...

Well we have all been there for one reason or the other. Guess you need your last suggestion! You know what to do, you have the equipment, get started. This place can give you plenty of motivation if that is what is needed. You are already motivated otherwise you wouldn't have posted.
