I'm considering taking Jack3D, as a pre-workout supplement. I was wondering has anyone had experiences with Jack3D or any pre-workout supplement.

I actually just started taking Jack3D this past Monday. I'm only taking half the recommended amount and i have had great results. if you ask me it is better than the N O xplode and the FastTwitch from Cytosports

Tried Jack3D sometimes it worked great at first but then seemed to let off during my workout and give me a little lightheadedness, other times it did nothing at all for me. I used 2-3 scoops for a serving. Just started NO Explode today hoping for better results.

---I personally have take Jack3D. I compete as a collegiate athlete at the Division II level and had to stop being that it was put on the banned substance list. I hated the crash that it gave me afterwards. When I took it prior to my workouts I sometimes felt nauseous. I would recommend you look into Advocare's pre-workout called "muscle fuel". check it out here_ https://www.advocare.com/11021436/Store/ItemDetail.aspx?itemCode=P4422&id=B
